(Message personally written in a Christmas letter) When realizing our country's worst economic, Wall Street, and mortgage financial & foreclosure crisis since The Great Depression and over $700 billion ect, and what ever else we will be in, I'm forever grateful that we refinanced earlier this year and am locked into a 30 year 5.75% mortgage, and i cant thank you enough and your staff enough, and will hopefully have referrals for you in the future. Our transaction was long and fairly complicated as it included a construction loan, which we had not been through before.
